Easter Service in the ballpark
A Message of Hope
St. Andrew United Methodist Church held their Easter weekend worship services at the home of the Frisco RoughRiders, Dr Pepper Ballpark. It is the perfect venue to facilitate an outdoor worship environment and allow the the community an opportunity to gather in a socially distanced manner.
“St. Andrew is elated to be able to safely bring people together at the ballpark to celebrate what is one of the most important celebrations in the life of the church,” said Rev. Arthur Jones. “The Easter message is one of hope – a message we all need to hear during these challenging times. Christ’s resurrection gives us the hope of resurrection, transcending all of the suffering we have experienced, especially prevalent for so many during the past year.”
Cadence Studios partnered with Five Stone Creative to produce the event providing in ear monitor systems, wireless microphones, RCF HDL 26 and 28 Cabinets, RCF 9006 Subwoofers, a Yamaha CL5 Console with Rio Rack, power distribution and the pieces to put it all together and turn it on.

A community gathering for all ages
Sit back, relax and enjoy the show on our large inflatable outdoor screen. We often partner with the Sherman Parks & Recreation Department to bring outdoor movie events to the community.
Watching a movie can often be something that many of us look forward to, it allows you to relax, disconnect and have a good time. When you watch a movie, you experience different emotions without suffering the real-life side effects. It helps many of us to relax, decrease anxiety, inspire motivation and can even give you energy for real life!
The warm weather in North Texas begins in late March and oftentimes lasts through early October, so there are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of the beautiful weather. You get to be one with nature and have the beauty of the outdoors as a backdrop to whatever the film may be.
