Rockwall Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting 

The Rockwall Chamber of Commerce’s annual meeting and awards banquet is a signature celebration, recognizing the Chamber and its partners’ achievements throughout the year. Since 2021, Cadence Studios has been the trusted AV partner for this event, adapting alongside the Chamber as the program has evolved.

In the early years at Southern Junction, our team provided essential AV support with screens, projectors, uplights, and technicians to manage the program. When the event transitioned to the newly opened Amerisports Complex in 2024, the change in venue brought new challenges—its expansive, gym-like space required us to rethink our approach. With restrictions on placing equipment directly on the floor, we developed creative solutions to design a full production setup that included lighting, sound, and staging without compromising the experience.

From managing sound, walk-on music, videos, and slideshows to delivering the polished lighting and visuals that elevated the atmosphere, our team ensured every moment of the celebration was seamless. The result: a dynamic, professional event that honored the Chamber’s milestones while showcasing our ability to adapt to unique venues and challenges.
