Rise Up Youth Summit 

Cadence Studios partnered with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma to deliver full-service live event production for the Rise Up Youth Summit at the Choctaw Event Center. Designed as a high-energy, faith-based experience for the next generation, the event brought together 2,000 students for an afternoon of music, inspiration, and community—featuring four live bands, a DJ, three speakers, and a keynote from Tim Tebow. With a dynamic program and a young, engaged audience, the production required seamless coordination across audio, lighting, staging, and backline support.

To meet the scale and energy of the event, Cadence Studios deployed its full production team, providing large-scale audio visual services including flown line array systems for clear, consistent sound coverage, a fully programmed concert-style lighting design, and backline equipment to support multiple bands. Setup was completed the day prior, allowing time for detailed system checks and multiple sound checks for performers and speakers. From stagehands to technicians, every element was carefully coordinated to support quick transitions and maintain momentum throughout the program.

The result was a seamless, high-impact experience that matched the energy and purpose of the event. From powerful worship sets to keynote moments and audience engagement, every technical element worked together to create an immersive environment where attendees could fully connect with the message. This project highlights Cadence Studios’ expertise in youth event production, faith-based event AV, and large-scale, multi-act productions that require precision, flexibility, and a deep understanding of audience experience.
