South Central Climate Resilience Forum 

Cadence Studios partnered with a regional coalition of organizations to deliver conference AV production services for a three-day Climate Resilience Forum focused on equitable adaptation and sustainability across Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. The event brought together leaders from government, nonprofits, academia, and the private sector for presentations, workshops, and collaborative sessions designed to advance climate resilience. After a successful first engagement at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, our team was invited back to support a future forum in San Antonio at the La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk—a testament to the value and reliability we bring as a trusted AV partner.

For the San Antonio conference, Cadence Studios provided full-service audiovisual solutions for multi-day events, including public address systems, projectors, screens, and breakout room technology to support simultaneous sessions. Our team of experienced technicians ensured seamless execution across general sessions, workshops, and networking environments, enabling consistent audio clarity, visual quality, and smooth transitions throughout the program. As a third-party AV partner, we integrated efficiently within the venue while maintaining full control over system performance and attendee experience.
