Centurion American, a Texas-based developer partnering with Craig International on the massive $6 billion Preston Harbor project near Lake Texoma, broke ground on a residential community that will bring more than 1,000 homes to this transformative development. The Preston Harbor project spans 3,100 acres with ambitious plans for thousands of homes, a world-class marina, and a Margaritaville resort. This ceremonial groundbreaking marked a significant milestone for one of the region’s most anticipated developments, bringing together stakeholders, officials, and community members to celebrate the project’s launch.

Cadence Studios provided sound reinforcement for this outdoor ceremony, and while the setup wasn’t technically complex, the conditions certainly were. Wind is the enemy of outdoor audio, and this Lake Texoma site delivered challenging gusts throughout the event. Our multi-speaker system required constant monitoring and real-time adjustments to maintain consistent audio coverage as wind conditions shifted.
