Industry Trends Meeting 

Cadence Studios partnered with Visit Dallas to support the Industry Trends Breakfast held in Rosine Hall at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens—an event designed to share critical insights on traveler sentiment, hotel performance, and the economic outlook for the region’s hospitality sector. While the venue offers an in-house AV system, the program’s content-heavy format and large audience required additional technical support to ensure every attendee could clearly see and hear the presentations.

Cadence Studios supplemented the existing infrastructure by providing strategically placed display monitors, wireless microphones for speakers and the host, and experienced technicians to manage the production. These enhancements expanded sightlines throughout Rosine Hall and ensured seamless audio coverage, allowing presenters to focus on delivering timely data and insights without technical distractions.
