Every spring, Austin College hosts Kangapalooza, a multi-day celebration designed to bring students together through music, fun, and campus pride. The festivities culminate in a Friday night concert featuring a nationally recognized artist chosen by student vote, along with opening acts from talented Austin College students.

From K-Pop to Campus: Audrey Nuna Rocks Kangapalooza with Cadence Studios

In 2023, Cadence Studios had the exciting opportunity to provide full event production for Austin College’s Kangapalooza concert, featuring Audrey Nuna, the acclaimed R&B and hip-hop artist best known as the singing voice of Mira in K-Pop: Demon Hunters. Working with an artist of Audrey’s caliber required precise coordination, from managing sound checks and stage transitions to ensuring her dynamic performance translated flawlessly to the audience. Our team delivered a concert-quality production that elevated the student experience—balancing professional-grade sound and lighting with the intimate, high-energy atmosphere that defines Kangapalooza.
